When you book a session with me, you’re taken care of through the whole photographic journey. My signature Interactive Styling Guide makes sure you feel confident and comfortable - so you can sit back and enjoy the day.

I always have goodies on hand: hot cocoa or a cold bottle of water, blankets to protect your favorite pants or just to bundle up. Serving your family goes beyond the camera - it’s central to who I am!

You’ll laugh, get comfortable, and have posing help along the way. At your viewing party, you’ll select your favorites and order your archival-quality art and albums. Need help designing the gallery wall of your dreams? I’d love to find the perfect mix of canvases, metal wall hangings, and beautiful mounted prints to make your guests say “wow!”

What to Expect

Consultation- Let’s get to know each other! We’ll talk about your family, the portraits we’ll create, and schedule the perfect time for your session. The perfect time to ask questions and get answers.

Personalized Styling Assistance- To make sure that everyone looks and feels their very best, you’ll get my help to find you beautiful, comfortable and timeless outfits.

Photoshoot- Today’s the day! With gorgeous natural lighting and the perfect location, you can relax and have fun. Picture a beautiful afternoon walk with your family - not just a few snapshots. You’ll create a beautiful memory with your family - and I’ll be there to capture it all.

Viewing Party- Your photos are edited and it’s time to pick your favorites. At your viewing party, we’ll find the images that will make for incredible wall art and design custom artwork for your home. When there are so many images you can’t live without, a Designer Album makes the perfect family keepsake.

Delivery-  You’ve ordered, you’ve waited with excitement, and within one month, your products will be delivered -  ready to share and enjoy! With custom design, you know your photos will be ready for display as soon as they arrive.

Do you have a studio?
I have a strong passion for the great outdoors and love dreamy sunset photos. My expertise is in natural-light photography, though I am known for making myself at home in your home for true-to-you lifestyle sessions. 

How can I order prints?
After our photography session and the editing is complete, we will meet either in person or over Zoom for your Viewing Party. We will discuss which products suit your needs and additional online ordering for family and friends will be available for 10 days after your viewing session.

Do you accept credit cards, or payment plans?
We left floppy disks and CD players in the past, but online payments are here to stay! During your consultation and viewing party we can also discuss different payment plan options for you.

Do I need to make a deposit?
Upon booking, a $100 non-refundable deposit is due to reserve your session date. This deposit will go towards your session fee total. 

What do I wear?
Keeping things simple is always key! Timeless looks that compliment your natural features are going to photograph best. Avoid loud patterns and logos, select colors in the same color harmony, and try to keep away from stark contrasts like black and white. Most importantly, keep it comfortable and bring a light jacket.

What about the weather?
While we all love adventure, no one wants to be soaking wet in their family photos. I understand, and we’ll be flexible with weather-related troubles. We can reschedule for another day or embrace the fun some light rain can bring. Don’t worry, I always pack an umbrella!
